Our Chef de Cuisine JC Rodriguez uses fresh, in-season ingredients to craft a unique menu that highlights a passion for exceptional fine dining. And food pairs best with libations. Our wine and whiskey collection features bottles from all around the globe. We have 50 Wines  on our wine list and 60 Whiskeys on our whiskey list. Each wine and whiskey has been thoughtfully selected to create a collection of libations that pairs perfectly with our delicous cuisine.

 

And there's a reason we call ourselves The Tasting Room. With over 50+ wines (25 of which are offered by the glass) and 60+ whiskeys, we want our guests to explore the libations of the world. But with so many varietals, it can be overwhelming -- which is why we're always ready to offer you a sample of something you may not be familiar with.

 

But tastings aren't just limited to our bar . . . We also offer 5 and 7 course tasting menus, in additon to our a la carte dinner menu. With our 5 & 7 course tastings you have the chance to truly experience exquisite food in smaller bites. Menus change frequently, so there's always something new to try!
