Thursday, Jan. 25th, 2023 marked the launch of The Tasting Room’s newest dining experience, our Tasting Menu. The Tasting Room specializes in high-quality dishes and drink pairings. So we decided, why not craft a menu that allows people to fully experience what we do best?!
The Tasting Menu is available every Thursday night (unless there’s a special event such as a holiday or a Broadway show at the Landmark Theatre next door). The menu offers diners the choice of 3, 5 or 7 courses. Diners can also choose to enjoy pre-selected wine pairings with each course. And if you’re not up for drinking wine, we have a great selection of other beverages available and would be happy to recommend other pairings — such as one of our great whiskeys.
Seared Pork Loin
Whether you select 3, 5 or 7 courses for your tasting experience, each course has been thoughtfully chosen and crafted to perfection by Chef JC — our talented chef.
The first course is an appetizer, to get you warmed up. Currently on our tasting menu, we have Tuna Tartare, Seared Scallops and Roasted Beets.
The next course is the entree. The current entrees on the menu are Seared Pork Loin,
Roasted Duck Breast, Rack of Lamb and Filet Mignon.
Lastly enjoy dessert! And if you’ve chosen the 7 course option, you’ll get a cheese board in between your entree and dessert.
The Tasting Menu changes monthly, so come as often as you’d like to enjoy a new experience each time!
