It’s summertime in Syracuse — and a new season means new changes at The Tasting Room. From new menus to exciting downtown Syracuse events, there’s a lot happening here at our downtown Syracuse restaurant! Here’s what’s new and happening:
Summer Menus
All of our menus got an upgrade for summer! Since our dishes are always crafted with in-season ingredients, our menus change with the seasons to ensure that we’re always serving up food that is as fresh as it is delicious. Here are some of our new menu highlights . . .
Summer Lunch Menu: Watermelon Gazpacho, Grilled Peach & Arugula Salad, Cacio e Pepe Flatbread, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Open Faced Steak Sandwich, Wild Mushroom & Gruyere Wrap, Crispy Cod Tacos & more!
Serving 11:30a-2:30p Tuesday-Saturday.
Summer Happy Hour Menu: $13 Wine or Whiskey Flight, $10 featured cocktail, Burrata, Blue Water Flight & more!
Happy hour starts at 4:30p Tuesday-Friday and goes until 9p on Tuesdays and 6:30p the rest of the weekdays. On Saturdays we offer happy hour from 12p-5p. Saturday happy hour is the perfect way to start or end your weekend daytrip to downtown Syracuse!
Summer Dinner Menu: Heirloom Tomato Salad, Burrata, Pesto Crusted Rack of Lamb, Herb Crusted Cod, Chicken Sous Vide, Teres Mejor Steak & more!
Dinner starts at 4:30p everyday Tuesday-Saturday. We also have the option for a 5 course tasting or a 7 course tasting starting at 5p each night. Tastings include a cheese course, appetizer course, entree course(s), dessert and more, with the option to add on a thoughtfully selected wine pairing for each course.
